OLMORA Cookie Policy
1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how the OLMORA website uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data in general.
OLMORA is a start-up project in formation. No company has been registered yet. Until it is, the website is operated by its founders, Anastasiia Pankratova and Yauheniya Goncherenok. Contact: info@myolmora.com.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. They help a website work, remember your choices and understand how visitors use it.
Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by the providers we work with (third-party cookies). Some are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies); others remain for a set period (persistent cookies).
Our website does not show ads, and we do not use advertising, marketing or tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
3. Cookies we use
We use two categories of cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies make the website and the waitlist form work, keep the site secure and store your cookie choice. They do not need your consent, and you cannot switch them off in the cookie banner.
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, what device they use and how they found us. We use this information in aggregated form to improve the website. We set them only after you accept them.

The exact list may change as providers update their tools. We review it regularly and keep this table up to date.
4. Your consent and choices
When you first visit the website, a cookie banner provided by Cookiebot asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can accept or reject them with equal ease. Until you accept, only strictly necessary cookies are used. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your use of the website or the waitlist.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:
- Cookie banner: reopen it through the privacy settings icon on the website.
- Browser settings: block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website from working.
- Global Privacy Control: our cookie banner recognises Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.
- Google Analytics opt-out: you can also install Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics on all websites.
We ask for your choice again after 12 months, or earlier if we change how we use cookies.
Legal basis. Analytics cookies are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable rules on cookies). Strictly necessary cookies are based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). In Switzerland, we inform you about cookies and let you refuse them, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Telecommunications Act.
5. Data shared with cookie providers
Cloudflare, Cookiebot and Google may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type through these cookies. Where possible, IP addresses are shortened or anonymised. Some providers process data outside Switzerland, including in the EU and the United States. Our Privacy Policy explains how these transfers are protected.
We do not sell data collected through cookies, and we do not use it for advertising.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy, for example when we add or remove a tool or when OLMORA is incorporated. The latest version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If a change requires new consent, we will ask for it through the cookie banner.
